Aquellos Ojitos Verdes…🥰 You’ve inspired me to follow my dreams. Maria Del Socorro Serna, my beloved grandmother and godmother, was born on June 12th, 1952. Known to all as Coco, she loved unconditionally, and every meal she prepared was infused with thought, intention, and love. It was in her honor that Abuelita Coco’s was born on June 12th, 2023.

Oak Lawn holds a special place in my heart. It’s where I grew up, where I’ve grown, and continue to expand. That’s why I chose to open the first vegan café in Oak Lawn—because it’s home. ♥️
